North.Cloud Promotions: Terms and Conditions

These Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotional Terms”) govern your participation in North.Cloud promotional campaigns offering complimentary gifts in connection with specific sales activities. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and North.Cloud’s Privacy Policy.

North.Cloud reserves the right to update or modify these Promotional Terms at any time without notice.

1. General Promotion Terms

To be eligible for any North.Cloud promotional giveaway (“Promotion”), you must:

• Be a legal resident of the United States and 18 years or older.
• Be employed full-time in an eligible role at a qualifying U.S.-based company, as outlined in the campaign-specific terms below.
• Not be a current North.Cloud customer or active prospect under contract review.
• Limit participation to one promotion per person and per company during any 6-month period.
• Participate in good faith and provide accurate, verifiable information.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of North.Cloud or its affiliates.

Gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for alternatives unless otherwise specified. North.Cloud reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

2. “Engineers Deserve Simpler Cloud” Promotion

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Hold a current title such as VP of Engineering, Staff Engineer, Director of Engineering, or Software Architect at a U.S.-based company with 50 or more full-time employees actively using a public cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Complete the form and questionnaire linked via the campaign landing page.
• Qualify for, schedule, and complete a 15-minute introductory call with a North.Cloud sales representative.

Reward

Eligible participants will receive one (1) gift of their choosing from the following:

• Yeti Tundra 45 Cooler
• Ooni Koda 12 Pizza Oven
• Breville Bambino Espresso Machine
• Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen)

Gifts are subject to availability and delivery may take 4–6 weeks from confirmation.

3. “DevOps Runs the Show” Promotion

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Be employed in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Automation, at a U.S.-based company with 50 or more full-time employees managing public cloud infrastructure.
• Submit the form via the DevOps campaign landing page.
• Schedule and attend a 15-minute discovery call with a North.Cloud account specialist.

Reward

Eligible participants will receive one (1) gift of their choosing from the following:

Gifts are limited to one per eligible participant and subject to availability.

4. “Infra Deserves a Break” Promotion

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Hold a current title such as Head of Infrastructure, Cloud Architect, Director of Platform, or Site Reliability Lead, and be employed at a U.S.-based company with 50 or more full-time employees responsible for cloud cost or infrastructure performance.
• Complete the form on the Infrastructure campaign landing page.
• Book and attend a 15-minute consultation with a North.Cloud representative.

Reward

Eligible participants will receive one (1) gift of their choosing from the following:

• Breville Bambino Espresso Machine
• Apple AirPods Pro (2nd Gen)

Redemption details will be shared within 10 business days after completing the qualifying call.

5. Verification and Fulfillment

North.Cloud reserves the right to verify participant eligibility, including employment, job title, company size, and cloud usage.

If North.Cloud cannot verify eligibility or suspects abuse, fraud, or misrepresentation, the participant may be disqualified.

Gifts will be fulfilled via a third-party vendor and shipped to the address provided by the participant. North.Cloud is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once shipped.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, North.Cloud shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or use of the promotional gift.

All gifts are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Compliance with Company Policies

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their participation and acceptance of any promotional gift complies with their employer’s policies and applicable laws or regulations.

If a gift violates a participant’s employment terms or conflicts with internal policy, North.Cloud may offer a compliant alternative (e.g., a donation, gift card below a stated value, or forfeiture).

8. Privacy and Use of Data

Personal information provided through participation in the Promotion will be processed in accordance with North.Cloud’s Privacy Policy.

This includes data collection for qualification, scheduling, and follow-up purposes. Your information will not be sold to third parties.

9. Right to Modify or Revoke

North.Cloud may cancel, suspend, or modify any Promotion at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Participation is subject to compliance with these Promotional Terms. North.Cloud reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these terms or otherwise acts in a disruptive or deceptive manner.
