Marketing Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to support our growing marketing team during Spring 2026. You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and get hands-on exposure to content, lifecycle marketing, and public-facing communications at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

This role is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in B2B SaaS marketing and is excited to learn by doing.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop marketing materials to be published on the North.Cloud website, including blog content, feature pages, and supporting assets
  • Work closely with the VP of Marketing to create and refine email marketing materials for product announcements, nurture and lifecycle campaigns, and customer and prospect communications
  • Support content production across channels including website, email, and social with research, drafting, and editing
  • Support public communications and PR efforts by helping coordinate outreach for product launches and company updates, researching and identifying relevant media, partners, or communities, assisting with press outreach and follow-ups, and supporting external communications workflows
  • Assist with campaign execution, QA, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and design to ensure messaging is clear, accurate, and consistent
  • Help keep marketing projects organized and moving forward within an active sprint-based workflow

What We’re Looking For

  • Portfolio, writing samples, or past work to be considered for the role
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in marketing, communications, or technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
  • Interest or experience in public relations, communications, or journalism
  • Experience writing for blogs, newsletters, or websites
  • Interest in cloud infrastructure, engineering, or fintech/FinOps topics
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing concepts

Work Setup

  • This is a hybrid role in our New York office (in Dumbo, Brooklyn). You will work part of the time in the office (at least 2 days/week) and part of the time remote/work-from-home.
  • Expected hours of work per week: 20-25 hours.
